Everyone loves them. They are a small pleasure for all the children and their grandparents. For the lady that works behind that big glass window in the bank, and for that construction worker with a small green pencil behind his ear. For that old couple who visits the same sweet shop for nearly 30 years, and for those loud students on their lunch break. Candy. Sweets. Lollipops. Chocolate bars. Cheewies. Bonbons. A hundreds of excited faces and a small ‘guilty pleasure’ that connects us all in one very special place…

FILM INFO:
This is an experimental observational film about CANDYLAND – very magical and incredible place in the heart of Galway City. It is being visited by thousands of people every week & its amazing and one of a kind atmosphere attracts visitors from different corners of the world to come along and experience this wonderful place and its magic.
